utilizes a dedicated server for consistency and greatest
user control - Your rented server is a high-end server
fitting your needs and managed 24/7.
Microsoft CRM requires access to Microsoft's Active
Directory resource manager to control CRM security and
manage the CRM resources of Organizations and Roles.
Therefore, a Network Domain connection must be available
to any existing Active Directory maintaining the staff
to become CRM Users. In house E-mail from Microsoft
Exchange or other network resource will be the same
credentials you will use in Dynamics CRM, particularly
if the Outlook client is used.
An Exchange server for e-mail can be anywhere Domain
sharing can be established. A Virtual Private Network (VPN)
connection to the Hosted CRM server will be required for
the Dynamics CRM Outlook client. Microsoft software VPN
is available standard on the Blue Monitor hosting
servers and sis offered as a support option to set-up
and train, and maintain.
Minimum hosting agreement term is 12 months.

Step One to Order: Number of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 3.0 SPLA License - Microsoft Outlook
client, Sales Module, Marketing Module, Customer Service
Module, and Reporting. Software Assurance in effect for
as long as the SPLA license agreement is current.
Step Two: Select Monthly Server Rental and Maintenance
Fee to fit users of CRM SPLA license agreement being
hosted by the server. Increase a user level if running
an additional application on it. 1-time Set-up fee equal
to 1 month rental is added to this order line item.
Software Assurance in effect for as long as the SPLA
