- All Resellers must be pre-approved by Blue
Monitor
- Reseller purchases directly from Blue Monitor
(with 15-25% discount) and resells to the end-user –
Blue Monitor not involved in billing process
- Requires formal business plan (including
marketing plan and quarterly forecasts)
- Requires annual commitment determined by Blue
Monitor ($100,000 recommended)
- 10% of annual commitment must close within first
90 days or reverted to Level 2
- Reseller provides direct support to and owns the
customer
- Blue Monitor provides 1st level support to the
Reseller

Referral Program: Premium |
| |
- All Level 2 Partners must be pre-approved by
Blue Monitor
- 15% referral check from sale total to Referrer
(upon Blue Monitor's receiving payment)
- Sale must close within 45 days of receiving
referral for Referrer to receive payment
- Encouraged to have referred at least $1000 in
business to Blue Monitor
- Requires formal business plan (including
marketing plan and quarterly forecasts)
- Requires annual commitment determined by Blue
Monitor ($50,000 recommended)
- 10% of annual commitment must close within the
first 90 days or reverted to Level 3
- Blue Monitor provides direct support to and owns
the customer
